Job Description

Hiring: Billing Executive


Location: Greater Noida West, Near NX ONE


Timings: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM


We are looking for a Billing Executive to manage day-to-day billing and back-office operations at our tyre showroom.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate sales invoices and quotations using BUSY Accounting Software
  • Handle purchase entries, stock/data reconciliation and related accounting entries
  • Register and process tyre warranties and warranty claims
  • Coordinate tyre replacement processing and maintain proper records
  • Reconcile billing, purchase and inventory data regularly
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely system updates

Requirements:

  • Experience with BUSY Accounting Software preferred
  • Basic understanding of billing, inventory and accounting
  • Good computer skills and attention to detail
  • Responsible, organised and comfortable handling day-to-day showroom transactions

Salary: Competitive, based on experience and skills.
