Assistant Sales Manager

Job Description:

• Handle day-to-day sales activities and support the Sales Manager.
• Manage and guide the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Monitor customer enquiries, follow-ups and lead conversion.
• Ensure excellent customer service and maintain good customer relationships.
• Support the team in achieving showroom sales and performance targets.
• Prepare and maintain sales reports and daily performance updates.
• Coordinate with other departments for smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Motivate the sales team and ensure proper follow-up of prospective customers.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 1 years of experience in automobile/two-wheeler sales.
• Honda 2-Wheeler dealership/showroom experience will be given first preference.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Team management and leadership ability.
• Target-oriented and responsible approach.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel will be an advantage.

Qualification: Graduate preferred

Salary: As per experience and interview

Preference: Candidates having prior Honda 2-Wheeler Sales experience will be given first preference.
