Admission Counsellor

Job Responsibilities:

• Counsel students and parents regarding college admissions.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate admissions.
• Understand student requirements and recommend suitable colleges/courses.
• Follow up with leads and convert them into admissions.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and achieve monthly admission targets.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in Admission Counselling, Education Sales, or Telecalling.
• Excellent communication and convincing skills.
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated
