As our Sales executive, your role will encompass a broad spectrum of responsibilities,

Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our our real estate offerings.


Product Knowledge: Develop a good understanding of our real estate projects to answer customer inquiries effectively.


Property Presentation: Showcase Our Properties To Prospective Buyers, emphasising the unique features and benefits.


Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their queries and concerns promptly.


Sales Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.


Target Achievement: Consistent achievement of monthly targets, particularly in the bookings. professional approach is characterized by a meticulous blend of strategic foresight, proactive planning, and an unwavering commitment to results.


Market Research: Stay Updated On Market Trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.


Documentation: Ensure all necessary paperwork and documentation are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
