Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Site Supervisor / Site Engineer to oversee day-to-day construction activities, ensure quality workmanship, monitor project progress, and coordinate with contractors, vendors, and the project team. The candidate should be capable of managing site operations efficiently while maintaining safety and quality standards.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily construction activities at the project site.
• Monitor work progress and ensure timely project execution.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and labour teams.
• Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Conduct quality checks and maintain construction standards.
• Measure work quantities and verify bills.
• Maintain daily site reports and project documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site discipline.
• Coordinate material requirements and monitor inventory at site.
• Report project updates and issues to senior management.
• RequirementsDiploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• 1–5 years of experience in residential, commercial, or interior construction projects.
• Knowledge of construction methods, drawings, and site execution.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Office.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel and work at project sites.
• Preferred SkillsReading and interpreting construction drawings.
• Site execution and labour management.
• Quantity estimation and quality control.
• Time management and teamwork.
