Computer Operator

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Computer Operator to manage data entry, documentation, reporting, and office computer operations. The candidate must have strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for daily reporting, data management, and record keeping.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform daily data entry with high accuracy

Maintain and update records in Excel and Google Sheets

Prepare reports, sheets, and documentation as per management requirement

Handle attendance, candidate details, and office data records

Manage file organization (digital records, folders, and backups)

Convert raw data into structured reports and summaries

Maintain MIS (Management Information System) reports

Coordinate with HR/Admin team for data updates

Ensure error-free data handling and regular verification

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Formulas, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Data Sorting, Filtering)

Good command on Google Sheets (Functions, Sharing, Online Collaboration, Data Tracking)

Basic knowledge of MS Word and PDF handling

Typing speed with accuracy

Good understanding of data management and reporting systems

Ability to handle large datasets without errors
