Job Description
For Collection Team Leader (TL):
Manage and supervise a team of Collection FEs.
Allocate collection cases and monitor daily field activities.
Ensure achievement of team collection targets.
Track overdue accounts and develop effective collection plans.
Conduct regular follow-ups with team members and customers.
Review daily collection performance and submit MIS/reporting to management.
Guide and motivate team members to improve productivity.
Ensure compliance with company policies and collection processes.
