Waiter / Steward

Key Responsibilities:

* Welcome and assist guests professionally

* Take food & beverage orders accurately

* Serve food and drinks as per fine dining standards

* Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction

* Maintain cleanliness and table setup standards

* Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for smooth service

* Handle guest queries politely and efficiently

* Upsell menu items and special dishes when required

Requirements:

* Previous experience in restaurant/fine dining service preferred

* Good communication and interpersonal skills

* Groomed appearance and positive attitude

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

* Team player with customer service mindset
