Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Regional Manager Cluster to oversee 5 goSTOPS properties across Goa. The role involves managing overall regional operations, leading Cluster Managers and Branch Managers, driving business performance and ensuring operational excellence across all assigned properties.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee operations of 5 hotel properties across the region.

- Lead and manage Cluster Managers and Branch Managers.

- Monitor revenue, occupancy, profitability and business performance.

- Ensure consistent guest experience and service standards across properties.

- Review property performance and achieve business targets.

- Control operational costs and improve profitability.

- Conduct regular property visits and performance reviews.

- Handle major guest escalations and operational challenges.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs.

- Coordinate with central teams for smooth business operations.

- Develop strategies for regional growth and operational efficiency.

- Report regional performance and business updates to senior management.

Required Experience & Skills

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Hospitality or Business Administration preferred.

- 8–10years of experience in the hospitality industry.

- Strong experience in multi-property or regional operations management.

- Previous experience handling 5 or more hotel properties.

- Experience managing senior operational teams and Cluster Managers.

- Strong leadership, communication and decision-making skills.

- Good understanding of revenue management, budgeting and cost control.

- Willingness to travel across assigned properties.
