Job Description
- lanning and Designing: Conducts site investigations, analyzes environmental or soil conditions, and creates technical blueprints and calculations using CAD software. [1, 2]
- Project Management: Oversees budgets, estimates material and labor costs, and manages project timelines to keep builds on schedule. [1, 2]
- Site Supervision: Monitors active construction sites, directs contractors, and ensures that building work matches approved plans. [1, 2]
- Quality & Safety Compliance: Tests construction materials (like concrete and steel), enforces workplace safety rules, and ensures adherence to local building codes
