About the Role: Wood Capital Advisory Pvt Ltd is looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Telesales Executives for Loan Sales. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, convincing ability, and a passion for achieving sales targets.

• Job ResponsibilitiesHandle outbound and inbound sales calls professionally
• Explain loan products and services to customers
• Generate leads and convert them into successful sales
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable loan solutions
• Maintain proper follow-ups with interested customers
• Achieve monthly sales targets and performance goals
• Maintain customer database and update CRM records
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing of applications
• Eligibility CriteriaMinimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in telesales, loan sales, banking, insurance, or financial services preferred
• Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply
• Good communication and convincing skills in Hindi (English knowledge will be an added advantage)
• Basic computer knowledge required
• Target-oriented and self-motivated candidate preferred

Salary & Incentives: Salary: ₹12,000 to ₹22,000 per month

• Performance Incentive: Up to ₹10,000 monthly incentive based on performance and target achievement
