Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential business clients.
• Introduce the company's digital marketing and communication services.
• Identify customer requirements and qualify leads.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups in CRM/Excel.
• Follow up with prospective clients.
• Achieve daily and monthly meeting generation targets.
• Coordinate with the sales team for smooth lead handover.

Candidate Requirements

• Excellent communication skills in Hindi (English will be an added advantage).
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, Internet).
• Good convincing and negotiation skills.
• Positive attitude and target-orientated approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualification

• Minimum: 12th Pass
• Graduate preferred
