Telecalling Executive

Outbound Calling: Contact potential leads from provided databases to introduce products, offer promotions, and drive sales.

Lead Qualification: Ask probing questions to understand customer needs, gauge their interest, and identify sales opportunities.

Inbound Support: Answer incoming calls from existing customers, address their inquiries, and assist with order processing.

Complaint Resolution: Listen to customer grievances, troubleshoot basic issues, and escalate complex problems to the appropriate departments.

Database Management: Log accurate, detailed notes of every conversation and update CRM systems to ensure smooth team follow-ups

Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) like call volume, leads generated, or revenue closed.
