Job Title: Female Telecaller – Amazon Customer Query Support

Job Summary:

We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Female Telecaller to handle customer queries related to Amazon orders, deliveries, returns, refunds, account issues, and general support. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
• Assist customers with Amazon-related queries, including:
• Order status and tracking
• Returns and refunds
• Delivery issues
• Account and payment-related concerns
• Product information and general inquiries
• Provide accurate information and solutions according to company guidelines.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions.
• Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction.
• Meet daily call handling and quality targets.

Required Skills:

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and/or Hindi.
• Good listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
• Ability to handle customer complaints calmly and professionally.
• Customer-service-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
• Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, BPO, or e-commerce support is an advantage.
• Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
