Telecalling Executive

WE ARE HIRING – TELECALLER / CUSTOMER SUPPORT EXECUTIVE

We are looking for a confident and responsible Telecaller / Customer Support Executive to handle customer inquiries, follow-ups, and order coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally

• Attend customer inquiries from IndiaMART & Justdial

• Contact potential customers and explain product details

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products

• Follow up with interested customers and leads

• Confirm customer orders and maintain proper order records

• Track orders and provide customers with order status updates

• Coordinate with the internal team for order processing and dispatch

• Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and potential customers

• Build good relationships with customers through professional communication

Candidate Requirements:

• Good communication and client-handling skills

• Experience in Telecalling / Customer Support / Sales Calling preferred

• Knowledge of IndiaMART and Justdial is preferred

• Basic computer knowledge

• Ability to maintain customer and follow-up records

• Good convincing and negotiation skills

• Responsible and confident while dealing with customers
