Job Responsibilities

• Contact potential and existing customers through phone calls.
• Explain the company's solar energy products and services to customers.
• Generate leads and identify sales opportunities.
• Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
• Schedule appointments for the sales team when required.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
• Handle customer queries professionally and provide appropriate information.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass (Higher Secondary).
• Minimum Experience: 6 months of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or a related field.
• Freshers with exceptional communication skills may also be considered.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Fluent and confident speaking ability.
• Good interpersonal and persuasion skills.
• Customer-focused attitude.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong listening and negotiation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer support.
• Knowledge of solar energy products and services will be an added advantage.
