Job Description

Telecaller – Student Counselling | 2 Openings

Trading Shastra Academy is hiring two Telecallers at Gaur City Mall, Greater Noida West. Freshers and candidates with 0–1 year of experience are welcome.


Calling and counselling only. No sales. No targets.


What you’ll do

  • Call and follow up with people who have enquired through our Facebook and Instagram ads. The academy provides the leads.
  • Explain our free stock market course, answer questions and guide interested students.

What you’ll need

  • Good spoken English and Hindi.
  • Comfort with daily phone calls and the ability to commute to the office on working days.

Pay and schedule

  • ₹13,000 ₹20,000 fixed salary per month.
  • Potential to earn ₹20,000+ in additional monthly incentives based on performance.
  • Every Sunday and the 2nd and 4th Saturdays off.
