Job SummaryWe are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Order Processing & Customer Support Executive to manage customer orders from confirmation to delivery. The role involves calling customers to confirm orders, updating shipping details, coordinating dispatches, and handling NDRs (Non-Delivery Reports) to ensure a smooth customer experience.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCall customers to confirm orders before processing.
• Verify customer details, including shipping address and contact information.
• Edit and update addresses or order details as required.
• Process and coordinate order shipments through courier platforms.
• Monitor order status and ensure timely dispatch.
• Handle NDRs (Non-Delivery Reports) on shipping platforms and coordinate reattempts.
• Communicate with customers regarding delivery issues and resolutions.
• Coordinate with courier partners for address corrections, delivery updates, and escalations.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and order updates.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication.
• RequirementsExcellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with e-commerce/shipping platforms.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
• Experience in customer support, order processing, or logistics is preferred.
• Familiarity with Shopify, courier aggregators, or e-commerce operations is an advantage.
• Preferred SkillsProblem-solving mindset.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple orders simultaneously.
• Knowledge of shipping and logistics processes.
