Job Description
- Make outbound calls to prospective students who have shown interest in admission.
- Provide detailed information about Graduate (UG) and Postgraduate (PG) programs, eligibility criteria, fee structure, and admission procedures.
- Counsel students and parents regarding course selection based on their interests and career goals.
- Follow up with leads to convert inquiries into admissions.
- Maintain and update student data in the CRM/ERP system.
- Schedule campus visits, counseling sessions, or online meetings.
- Handle inbound queries via phone professionally and efficiently.
- Meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with the admissions and academic teams for updated information.
