Job Description

  • Customers ko Personal Loan, Business Loan, LAP & other loan products ke regarding call karna.
  • Customer ki requirement aur eligibility samajhna.
  • Loan products, basic eligibility, documents aur process explain karna.
  • Interested customers ka regular follow-up karna.
  • Leads ko CRM/Excel mein update karna.
  • Documents collect karne ke liye customer ko coordinate karna.
  • Daily calling aur lead conversion targets achieve karna.
  • Sales team/manager ke saath coordinate karke loan application ko process karwana.
  • ✅ RequirementsHindi communication achhi honi chahiye; basic English preferred.
  • Calling/Sales mein interest.
  • Basic computer/Excel knowledge.
  • Good communication & convincing skills.
