📝 JOB SUMMARY-We are looking for a confident and target-oriented Female Team Leader to manage and coordinate a team of at least 10 sales executives. The candidate will oversee daily telesales activities, guide team members, monitor performance and drive sales results.

🎯 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and coordinate a team of 10 or more sales executives.

• Manage daily telesales and basic sales activities.

• Guide, motivate and support team members in achieving sales targets.

• Monitor individual and team performance.

• Ensure regular follow-ups with customers and leads.

• Help team members convert leads and close sales.

• Maintain team coordination and ensure a smooth workflow.

• Track daily, weekly and monthly sales performance.

• Ensure the team achieves assigned sales targets.
