Job Description
- Manage and lead a minimum 5-member freelancer field sales team.
- Drive GPay QR & Soundbox onboarding through the team.
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly team targets.
- Plan market visits and allocate locations/areas to team members.
- Monitor team performance, productivity and attendance.
- Train and guide freelancers on onboarding processes and product pitching.
- Track daily onboarding and sales performance.
- Ensure quality onboarding and proper documentation.
- Maintain regular reporting and coordinate with management.
- Motivate the team to achieve assigned targets and improve productivity.
