Job Description

  • Job ResponsibilitiesSupervise and monitor debt recovery agents and their performance.
  • Conduct regular quality checks on collection calls and field activities.
  • Ensure agents follow company policies and collection guidelines.
  • Track recovery targets, productivity, and quality scores.
  • Identify performance gaps and provide coaching/training.
  • Prepare daily and monthly MIS reports.
  • Handle escalations and support the team in achieving recovery target
