Store Sales Executive

The Store Sales Executive is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, maximizing sales, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. This role involves assisting customers in finding the right products, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and supporting store operations.

• Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Drive in-store sales by upselling and cross-selling products.
• Maintain product knowledge to provide accurate information and recommendations.
• Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints promptly and effectively.
• Process transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Ensure shelves are stocked, displays are appealing, and store is clean and organized.
• Assist in inventory checks, stock replenishment, and product tagging.
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
