Job Responsibilities:

* Welcome and assist walk-in customers professionally.

* Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable car care solutions.

* Drive sales of Ceramic Coating, PPF (Paint Protection Film), Interior & Exterior Detailing, Car Spa, and other car beautification services.

* Lead, motivate, and manage the showroom sales team to achieve sales targets.

* Ensure excellent customer service and a premium showroom experience.

* Handle customer queries, follow-ups, and resolve complaints effectively.

* Prepare sales reports and monitor daily showroom performance.

* Coordinate with the operations team for timely service delivery.

Requirements:

* 2–5 years of experience in automobile showroom sales or car care services.

* Strong leadership, communication, and customer handling skills.

* Proven ability to achieve sales targets.

* Knowledge of Ceramic Coating, PPF, and car detailing services is preferred.
