Senior Design Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the complete design and engineering team.

Develop product designs, manufacturing drawings, and technical documentation.

Review and approve design calculations, 2D drawings, and 3D models.

Ensure compliance with customer specifications, industry standards, and applicable codes.

Coordinate with production for design feasibility and manufacturability.

Work with sales and customers to understand technical requirements.

Drive design improvements for cost reduction, quality enhancement, and productivity.

Manage design changes (ECN/ECR) and document control.

Mentor and develop design engineers and CAD designers.

Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
