Sales Officer

Build and maintain relationships with:

Small business owners and entrepreneurs

o Traders and shopkeepers

Property owners seeking secured finance

Local influencers and referral partners

DSAs, and channel partners

3. Conduct field visits to identify and acquire new customers.

4. Source quality loan applications and ensure completion of required documentation.

5. Perform preliminary customer assessment and coordinate for field investigations and verifications.

6. Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.

7. Coordinate with credit, operations, and collection teams for smooth loan processing and disbursement.

8. Participate in local marketing activities, customer awareness programs, and business development initiatives.

9. Ensure compliance with company policies, KYC norms, and regulatory requirements.

10. Achieve monthly business, disbursement, and portfolio targets.
