Position: Sales ManagerWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to drive client acquisition, appointment generation, property sales, and relationship management. The role involves working closely with HNI, NRI, and investor clients while supporting the sales team in achieving business targets.

• Key ResponsibilitiesDrive high-value real estate sales and conversions
• Generate and manage leads through calls, references, databases, and networking
• Build and maintain strong relationships with HNI, NRI, and investor clients
• Conduct client meetings and property presentations
• Generate appointments and coordinate property/site visits
• Handle client queries, negotiations, follow-ups, and closure
• Maintain accurate lead and client information in CRM
• Track leads, appointments, site visits, and sales pipeline
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead progression
• Participate in property events, coffee meets, and client engagement activities
• Achieve individual and team sales targets
• Candidate RequirementsExperience: 5–8 years in Real Estate Sales
• Team Handling: Minimum 2 years of experience managing a sales team
• Strong understanding of premium/luxury real estate
• Proven ability to manage high-value clients and sales closures
• Strong HNI/NRI/Investor network will be an advantage
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Strong follow-up and relationship-management abilities
• Graduate; MBA/PGDM preferred
• Comfortable with client meetings and field/site visits
