Job Description

  • Recruit, onboard, and manage a robust network of connectors, and channel partners.
  • Conduct regular market visits to meet partners, evaluate their performance, and expand the sourcing footprint in your assigned territory
  • Drive primary sales for Home Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), and other retail asset products.
  • Track daily sourcing, logins, and disbursals to ensure the team consistently achieves and exceeds monthly branch targets.
  • Analyze local market trends and competitor offerings to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead in the market.
