Job Description
Role of the Merchant Department:
1.Communicate with customers and buyers.
2.Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers.
3.Handle product inquiries and quotations.
4.Process purchase orders and sales orders.
5.Monitor production timelines and delivery schedules.
6.Ensure product quality and compliance with customer requirements.
7.Coordinate with the Store, Purchase, Production, and Logistics departments.
8.Prepare and maintain order-related documentation.
9.Resolve customer issues and provide order updates.
10.Ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
