Restaurant Supervisor

We are hiring a Restaurant Operations Supervisor for Mutton Bullet Wala, Indirapuram. The person will be responsible for managing daily restaurant operations, online orders, offline orders, kitchen coordination, inventory, staff follow-up, and customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Manage Zomato/Swiggy and offline orders
• Coordinate between kitchen, packing, delivery and dine-in
• Prioritise urgent orders and avoid delays
• Monitor inventory and inform owner before items finish
• Supervise helpers/waiters and assign daily tasks
• Handle customer complaints politely
• Maintain cleanliness, order accuracy and daily reporting
• Follow up on small maintenance/vendor tasks when needed
