Job Description
Synergy Innovation is looking for a confident and energetic Telecaller to support our recruitment team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Make outbound calls to candidates.
* Explain job opportunities clearly.
* Identify interested candidates and collect relevant information.
* Coordinate interviews with shortlisted candidates.
* Follow up with candidates.
* Achieve daily calling and candidate engagement targets.
Requirements:
* Good Hindi communication and basic English.
* Comfortable making outbound calls.
* Good convincing and interpersonal skills.
* Freshers are welcome.
* Candidates must be comfortable working from Greater Noida West office.
Incentive: Attractive performance-based incentives in addition to fixed salary.
