Pre Sales Advisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate and qualify sales leads.
• Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information about residential projects.
• Schedule and coordinate site visits for prospective buyers with the sales team.
• Follow up regularly with leads to maximize conversions.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and site visit targets.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 3+ months of experience in Pre-Sales, Telecalling, preferably in Real Estate.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
