Job Description
Pick customer orders accurately using a handheld device or mobile application.
Ensure the correct quantity and quality of products are picked.
Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) and FEFO (First Expiry, First Out) guidelines where applicable.
Check products for damage, expiry, or quality issues before picking.
Place picked items in designated packing areas.
Maintain picking speed and accuracy as per company KPIs.
Keep aisles and storage locations clean and organized.
Assist in inventory counting, stock replenishment, and cycle counts.
Report stock discrepancies, damaged items, or system issues to the Shift Incharge.
Follow all safety, hygiene, and operational SOPs.
