🕒 Experience: 1–5 Years | Full-Time

We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Patient Acquisition Executive to help expand our patient network and strengthen healthcare access through strategic outreach and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new patient leads through field outreach, referrals, and partnerships

Build relationships with local communities, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare stakeholders

Guide patients to the right hospitals, doctors, and healthcare services

Execute on-ground campaigns and awareness activities for patient acquisition

Track lead conversions and maintain patient records in CRM systems

Coordinate with internal teams and hospital partners for smooth patient onboarding

Requirements:

Graduate/Postgraduate (Healthcare/Marketing preferred)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Comfortable with fieldwork and community engagement

Target-oriented and execution-focused mindset

Basic knowledge of healthcare services is a plus

Proficiency in MS Office/CRM tools preferred
