Requirement


  • Serve tea, coffee and refreshments to staff and guests
  • Maintain cleanliness of office premises and work areas
  • Deliver documents, files and parcels within or outside office
  • Assist in photocopying, scanning and basic office tasks
  • Do packaging work as well.
  • Handle office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Support administrative staff with daily tasks
  • Open and close office premises as required
  • Perform other duties assigned by management
  • Basic communication and coordination skills
  • Punctuality and responsible behavior
  • Ability to follow instructions properly
  • Physical stamina for office support tasks
  • Basic understanding of office maintenance
