Manager - Projects

We are looking for an experienced Solar Project Manager who can efficiently handle end-to-end execution of rooftop and ground-mounted solar projects, managing site activities, vendors, engineers, documentation, and coordination with internal teams. The candidate must be comfortable working both on-field and in-office. Site / Field Responsibilities

Supervise execution of rooftop & ground-mounted solar projects Coordinate with site engineers, EPC teams, contractors, and vendors Ensure project completion as per timeline, quality & safety standards Monitor installation of modules, inverters, structures, cabling & earthing Handle site issues, delays, and corrective actions Ensure safety compliance at project sites Conduct site inspections, progress review & testing

Office / Planning Responsibilities

Project planning, scheduling & progress tracking Preparation & review of BOQ, drawings, DPR, and MIS reports Coordination with procurement, accounts & design teams Cost control, billing & project documentation Client coordination & regular project updates Liaison with DISCOM, inspection agencies & authorities Handover & commissioning documentation

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of solar rooftop & ground-mounted systems Understanding of MNRE / DISCOM guidelines Ability to manage multiple sites simultaneously Good command over MS Excel, MS Project / similar tools Strong leadership, communication & coordination skills Problem-solving mindset with ownership attitude

Educational Qualification

B.E / B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical / Renewable Energy Solar certification will be an added advantage

Preferred Candidate Profile

Experience in EPC-based solar projects Comfortable with travel & site visits

Able to work independently & lead teams Experience with HT/LT systems, net-metering & commissioning
