About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused

Loan Officer (Tele Calling)

to join the team of a well-known bank

. The candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective customers, understandingtheir financial requirements, explaining suitable loan products, and generating qualified leads and loanapplications.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers regarding loan products.

Understand customer financial requirements and recommend suitable loan solutions.

Explain loan features, eligibility criteria, interest rates, documentation and repayment terms.

Generate leads and convert them into successful loan applications.

Follow up regularly with interested customers until the loan process is completed.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads and follow-ups.

Coordinate with the credit and operations teams for smooth processing of applications.

Achieve assigned monthly targets for calls, leads, applications and disbursements.

Ensure a high level of customer service throughout the sales process.

Follow all bank policies, regulatory requirements and ethical sales practices.

Required Skills

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Good convincing and negotiation abilities.

Customer-oriented approach with strong follow-up skills.

Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.

Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems.

Hindi communication is essential; good English communication will be an advantage.

Prior experience in telecalling, banking, loans, insurance or financial services will be preferred.
