Job Description

Adhya Enterprises Infra Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Interior Site Project Manager to independently manage and execute premium interior projects from planning to handover. The role involves overseeing site operations, coordinating with stakeholders, maintaining quality standards, managing project costs, and ensuring timely project completion.

Projects will primarily include Hotels, Resorts, Luxury Villas, Premium Offices, and Exclusive Commercial Spaces.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage complete interior fit-out and site execution activities.

* Supervise contractors, vendors, supervisors, and labour teams.

* Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

* Monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion of milestones.

* Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, and internal teams.

* Plan and monitor material requirements and site resources.

* Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks.

* Resolve site-level execution challenges independently.

* Maintain site expense sheets, petty cash records, and project-related documentation.

* Submit regular progress and expense reports to management.

* Identify project risks, delays, resource constraints, and critical issues in advance, and proactively escalate urgent matters to higher management with suitable mitigation plans.

* Ensure compliance with safety standards and site discipline.

 Requirements

* Minimum 4–5 years of experience in Interior Project Management / Site Execution.

* Strong understanding of interior execution, materials, finishes, and site practices.

* Ability to read drawings, BOQs, and manage projects independently.

* Strong risk assessment, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

* Good communication, coordination, and team management skills.

* Proficiency in MS Excel for project tracking, reporting, and expense management.

Preferred Candidate

* Experience in Hotels, Resorts, Luxury Villas, Premium Offices, or High-End Interior Projects.

* Strong attention to detail and quality-focused approach.

* Willingness to travel and manage projects across PAN India locations as per project requirements.

* Adaptable to different project environments and site conditions.

* Immediate joiners preferred.
