Job Responsibilities

* Generate new leads and identify potential clients.

* Contact prospective customers through calls, emails, and meetings.

* Understand client requirements and recommend suitable services.

* Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

* Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate customer records.

* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.

* Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree or pursuing graduation.

* 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role.

* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

* Strong interpersonal and presentation abilities.

* Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.

* Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
