Job Title: HR Recruiter / HR Intern

Location: Galaxy Blue Sapphire Plaza, Greater Noida West

Responsibilities:

• Source and screen candidates through job portals and social media.
• Conduct telephonic interviews and schedule interviews.
• Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain recruitment records and candidate database.
• Assist in onboarding and other HR activities.

Requirements:

• Graduate or pursuing Graduation/MBA (HR).
• Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office.

Salary: As per company standards + Performance Incentives

Working Days: Wednesday to Monday (Tuesday Off)

Timing: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
