Job Description

  • Room Cleaning: Strip and make beds with fresh linens, dust surfaces, vacuum carpets, and mop floors.
  • Sanitation: Clean and disinfect bathrooms, scrub tubs, sinks, and toilets, and polish fixtures.
  • Replenishment: Restock guest amenities such as soap, shampoo, towels, water bottles, and coffee supplies.
  • Reporting: Report maintenance or safety issues (such as broken lamps, leaky faucets, or damaged locks) and log any lost-and-found items.
  • Guest Interaction: Respond politely to special requests for extra pillows, blankets, or towels.
