Field Sales Executive

Sports B2B Field Executive – Cricket Sales.

• Key Responsibilities – Sports B2B Field Executive (Cricket Division – SS & SG Brands)Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities with sports retailers, cricket academies, schools, colleges, clubs, and institutions.
• Promote and sell genuine SS & SG cricket products, including bats, balls, protective gear, kits, and accessories.
• Conduct regular field visits to meet existing and prospective customers across the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to generate repeat business and long-term partnerships.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while contributing to overall business growth.
• Generate new leads through market research, referrals, and networking activities.
• Present product features, pricing, and promotional offers to clients effectively.
• Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure timely order processing and deliveries.
• Collect customer feedback and monitor competitor activities to identify market opportunities.
• Prepare daily visit reports, sales updates, and maintain accurate customer records in the CRM or reporting system.
• Represent Trinnovant Creations Pvt. Ltd. professionally at sports events, tournaments, exhibitions, and promotional activities when required.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing prompt after-sales support and resolving customer queries.
