Field Sales Executive

Job Title: Field Sales Executive (Male only)– Garment Industry

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Field Sales Executive with experience or interest in the garments industry. The role involves generating new business, meeting clients from other states.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in other states.

- Understand client requirements

- Generate enquiries, prepare quotations, and negotiate pricing

- Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals

- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business

- Coordinate with production and logistics teams for order execution

- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback

- Submit daily visit reports and sales updates

Requirements:

- 1–2 years of experience in field sales (preferably in Garment industry)

- Strong understanding of B2B sales

- Good communication and negotiation skils

- Willingness to travel locally/regionally

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM tools

- Graduate preferred (any stream)

Preferred Skills:

- Knowledge of Garment industry.

- Ability to handle industrial clients and bulk orders

- Strong follow-up and closing skills

- Local market knowledge of manufacturing units/industrial areas

Salary & Benefits:

- Fixed Salary 20,000 to 30,000 + Attractive Incentives

- Travel Allowance (TA) / Fuel reimbursement

- Performance-based bonuses

Working Conditions:

- Field-based role (daily client visits required), In other states as well.

- May involve visiting industrial areas and warehouses

- Flexible schedule based on client availability
