Field Sales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic Field Sales Executive to promote BatterySmart's EV battery swap and rental solutions. The candidate will be responsible for onboarding e-rickshaw drivers, generating sales, and building strong customer relationships in the assigned area.Responsibilities:Promote and sell EV batteries on a rental model.Identify and onboard e-rickshaw drivers.Complete driver registration and documentation.Conduct field visits and generate leads.Build long-term relationships with drivers and fleet operators.Achieve monthly sales and onboarding targets.Provide basic product information and support to customers.Requirements:Minimum 12th Pass.2+ years of field/direct sales experience.Own bike and valid driving license mandatory.Good communication and negotiation skills.Ability to work in a target-driven environment.Salary: ₹18,000–₹20,000 NTH + Performance Incentives (₹800–₹1,000 per successful e-rickshaw attachment).Industry: EV Battery Swap & Rental Solutions.
