Visit client locations and recruitment camps to conduct hiring drives.

Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.

Explain job roles, salary, and company policies to candidates.

Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.

Collect and verify required documents such as Aadhaar, PAN, educational certificates, and experience letters.

Maintain daily recruitment reports and candidate databases.

Follow up with selected candidates until they join the organization.
