Job Description
Nexora Creations Pvt. Ltd. (Brand: Clazzey) is looking for a sharp, high-energy, and sales-minded Customer Support & Sales Executive who is fluent in both English and Hindi. Your main target will be handling customer care and recovering lost sales from abandoned checkouts.
- Key Responsibilities:Revenue Recovery: Call and WhatsApp customers who left items in their shopping carts. Convince them using discount strategies to convert them into successful orders.
- Comment Moderation: Actively track our brand's social media pages and delete spam or negative comments immediately to protect our brand image.
- Customer Support: Answer customer queries, resolve order issues, and collect positive reviews from happy buyers.
- Data Logging: Maintain daily calling records and recovery data on MS Excel.
Salary: ₹13,000 - ₹15,000 Base + 3% Commission on Revenue Generated
