Job Description – Department Recovery Agent


We are looking for a skilled Department Recovery Agent responsible for loan recovery, EMI collection, and handling overdue accounts.


Eligibility & Requirements:


- Must have completed DRA (Debt Recovery Agent) certification.

- Minimum 6 months and maximum 1 year of experience in the loan recovery industry.

- Must possess strong negotiation and communication skills.

- Ability to handle recovery cases and achieve collection targets.

- Knowledge of loan recovery procedures and customer handling.

- Must be professional, disciplined, and target-oriented.
