Job Opening: Debt Collection Team Manager

Gender: Male & Female

Office Location: Kaushambi, Ghaziabad

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 + Incentives


Requirements

  • Experience in handling and managing a debt recovery/collection team.
  • DRA Certification is mandatory.
  • Good team management, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to drive team performance and achieve recovery targets.
  • Experience in monitoring team productivity, follow-ups, and collections.
  • Target-oriented and good leadership skills.
