Daily Operation

Job Description:

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Operations Executive to manage daily office and e-commerce operations. The candidate will play a key role in handling billing, order processing, dispatch coordination, and return management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fetch and organize daily bills and invoices from portals and internal systems
• Maintain records of daily transactions and update Excel/Google Sheets
• Handle order processing across e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
• Coordinate dispatch of orders
• Track shipments and ensure timely delivery
• Manage return orders, including RTO
• Communicate with courier partners and resolve delivery issues
• Support day-to-day office and operational tasks
